Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. These arrangements can be coordinated with your dental insurance benefits. Your First Visit: What To Expect

  1. You will fill out paperwork that includes your dental insurance information so we can assist you by filing it on your behalf.  If you would like to fill out the information before you come into our office, the forms are available here in PDF format.
  2. We will take a series of mouth X-rays to help us give you the most thorough exam possible. 
  3. Our dental hygienist, Kim, will clean your teeth and assist Dr. Antoon in creating a specialized treatment plan that will result in your optimal oral health.
  4. We will discuss your concerns and your past experiences to determine the best course of action for your treatment.
  5. Lastly, we will provide you with your treatment and financing options
